he “New Europe Master in Banking and Entrepreneurship” is a Master Program sponsored and organized – since 2003 and for the fourth year running – by UniCredit S.p.A and the Fondazione Cassamarca.

The Aim of the Master’s Degree Program

New Europe Master (MasterBE) is a post-graduate program aimed at providing the technical and practical understanding of the European banking system and of the multifaceted relationships between banks and business communities. The objective of MasterBE is to support the creation of highly professional experts with excellent command of the know-how essential to bank and business management.

MasterBE offers to the young operators working for private and public companies and branches for the development of the “New Europe” zone (i.e. many countries including Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine and so on), a chance to focus on the cultural and institutional procedures which create the basis of the economic development in such an “open” environment as the Italian North East and the Veneto.

This Master program has found the proper way to put together a theoretical and a practical teaching to let these foreign students absorb the entrepreneurial know-how and the managerial capabilities which characterize the Veneto and the North East of Italy and which they will bring with them in their countries. One of the goals is also to prepare good and skilled operators for the banking sector able to operate using managerial theories and instruments.
