- Shops: Opening Hours - Supermarkets: Mon-Sat 9.00/19.30, Wed 9.00/12.30; Other Shops: Mon 15.30/19.30, Tue-Sat 9.00/12.30 and 15.30/19.30. On Wednesdays afternoon all supermarkets and groceries are closed except InterSpaar (which is closed on Monday morning).
- Take away food or drinks are cheaper to those consumed sitting inside.
- For shopping (especially during the sales period) consider a trip to Treviso, Pordenone or Udine.
- The cheapest supermarket: Lidl (near the Police station, 10 minutes walking).
- One of the best offer supermarket: InterSpaar (15 minutes walking distance).
- Stamps can be purchased at the tobacco shops in the town. A stamp for a letter/postcard to continental Europe is 0,62 euro.
- Train timetables is available online at www.trenitalia.it . Special offers include 15 euro tickets for early bookings, no matter the distance within Italy.

Try to also keep a note of your relevant embassy or consulate in Italy and any other emergency numbers you may require for lost credit cards, travellers cheques.
